A little bit about me: 

My name is Neil and I have been passionate about photography since studying it at University. I won’t tell you how many years ago that was exactly, but let’s
say it has resulted in over 20 years’ worth of experience behind my camera lens (I’ll let you do the math!). 

When our Labradoodle (Poppy) joined our already growing family, it naturally led to me combining my passion for photography and my love of dogs into a profession, which is how Your Petrographer was created. 

I have watched my children grow up with Poppy, and like most parents I capture the important moments through my camera so I can look back on them and remember the ‘good old days’ when we were all a little bit younger, and all very much together. 

We all know how powerful a photo can be.

Where will the Photoshoot be?

Our four legged family members have their own unique places in our hearts and play a very important part in some of our happiest memories. My job is to capture this moment in your lives, whatever that may be, in your preferred location.

The location you choose might be somewhere special to you both. Maybe your favourite place for a walk. Wherever you choose, the photoshoot is designed to be relaxing for all involved, and as natural as possible. 

Your dog can enjoy their walk whilst I suggest some spots to pause and let your hound strike a pose or have a nose, on or off the lead (whatever you feel most comfortable with). 

My priority is capturing photos for you to enjoy.
I offer several different packages for you to choose from
to give you some ideas, but if these aren’t quite what you
had in mind, we can discuss your own bespoke package. 

I am based in Ashtead, Surrey, and I usually work in the
surrounding areas - Epsom, Leatherhead, Oxshott,
Cobham, Esher, Weybridge, Fetcham, Bookham,
Dorking, Tadworth, Reigate
(I do however accept commissions across other areas). 

For your peace of mind I am vetted and DBS checked.
