A Little Bit About Me
Hi, I’m Neil, a passionate pet photographer in Surrey with over 20 years of experience behind the lens. My journey with photography began at university (let’s just say it’s been a while!), and it’s been a lifelong love ever since.
When our Labradoodle, Poppy, became part of our growing family, I found myself combining my two biggest passions: photography and dogs. The result? Your Petographer—a professional dog photography service that captures the joy and love between pets and their people.
As a parent, I’ve watched my children grow up with Poppy by their side, and like many of you, I’ve documented the moments that matter most. Those snapshots take us back to the 'good old days'—the times when life felt beautifully simple. I know just how powerful a photo can be in preserving those memories.
Where Will Your Photoshoot Be?
Your dog isn’t just a pet—they’re family. My job as a dog photographer in Surrey is to
capture the special bond you share in a way that feels natural and true to life.
Whether it’s your favourite walking spot, a local park, or somewhere that holds
sentimental value, your photoshoot can take place in a location that feels meaningful
to you. I aim to make the session as relaxed as possible for everyone
involved—including your furry friend!
During the session, your dog can enjoy their walk while I scout beautiful spots to
pause for those candid, heartwarming shots. Whether your dog is on or off the lead,
we’ll work together to create images you’ll treasure for a lifetime.
Where I Work
I’m based in Ashtead, Surrey, and most of my photoshoots take place in the
surrounding areas, including Epsom, Leatherhead, Oxshott, Cobham, Esher,
Weybridge, Fetcham, Bookham, Dorking, Tadworth, and Reigate. However,
I’m more than happy to travel further afield for special commissions.
For your peace of mind, I’m fully vetted and DBS-checked.
